At StopBox, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original StopBox packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; tracking will be provided via email once scanned.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
